Typically a signature is required on delivery, we offer the use of an ATL if your address is unattended at the time delivery is attempted.
Without an ATL (Default Policy)
You will be left a card to contact the courier directly & organise a time for re-delivery.
With an ATL (By Request)
The courier will be able leave the parcel at your address.
