Returns Information

Returns are only accepted on the basis of the goods being faulty or incorrectly ordered, in the case of the goods being incorrectly ordered, they must be unused and returned to us in a salable condition before refunds will be granted. Please ensure you check the cartridges that you receive against what is on the invoice provided before you open them.

To avoid problems occurring it is important to check the documentation provided with your printer & make sure the model numbers of the printer cartridges themselves match what you intend to order. If you are unsure please contact us

The following conditions apply:

? Authorizations for return off goods must be obtained first. Requests for return authorizations may be sent to sales@discountink.com.au accompanied the invoice number, the name of the product to be returned, your name and contact detail
