Sometimes your printer will fail to detect the correct level of ink or toner in your new compatible cartridge when it is actually full.

Printer manufactures are constantly updating firmware automatically, so it is not uncommon for printers to suddenly start giving you new error messages and warnings you have not seen before. Generally they are very poorly designed and not doing their job properly or designed to trick you into thinking compatible products are inferior and scare you back into purchasing genuine – these types of messages should be disregarded! Overcome low ink warnings permanently by telling not to display warning dialogs again or to continue printing normally when prompted, exact procedures and messages will vary depending on your printer and operating system.
