. Important! Changes to our Free Delivery Offer.

Unfortunately due to rising costs, we have had to make some changes to our Free Delivery offer.

Initially it seemed like we would have to scrap the offer completely, but we we're able to save it WITHOUT INCREASING OUR PRICES! it is now subject to a few small conditions.

No longer valid with other offers.
We are no longer able to combine our free delivery offer with any other external offers. This includes:

Seniors Card, Ambassadors Card and any other club card schemes & discount offers.

This means if your order is under $100 you can still get your club discount as normal, if your order is over $100 and you wish to use your club card you will not be entitled to also claim Free Delivery.
If the value of our free delivery is greater than the discount your club card entitles you too, you may choose the higher benefit.

Minimum Order Raised from $90 to $100

Rather than raise our cartridge prices to absorb the cost of delivery, we have decided to increase the minimum order value and keep the discount ink prices we are known for! Makes sense right?

These changes are effective immediately. This is a courtesy notice and will be removed November 30th.

Sorry, we cannot combine our Free Delivery offer with any other offer such as Seniors Card or Ambasadors Card. You may still use your card on all orders under the free delivery threshold.

. Authority To Leave (ATL)

Typically a signature is required on delivery, we offer the use of an ATL if your address is unattended at the time delivery is attempted.

Without an ATL (Default Policy)
You will be left a card to contact the courier directly & organise a time for re-delivery.

With an ATL (By Request)
The courier will be able leave the parcel at your address.

How do I give authority to leave my parcel?
Use the order comments / ATL box at checkout. Example: ATL - Front door

IMPORTANT! Do not use an ATL if believe your address could be insecure, you are not covered if your delivery is stolen or lost once the courier has scanned it delivered.

We use a very fast network of couriers and air-freight services, deliveries are usually made faster than expected.


However, it's a big country! Which makes it hard to pin-down an estimate that covers everyone accurately, if your order is urgent please contact us for a personalised delivery time quote before ordering.

Yes, we can deliver to your PO Box, smaller orders only (ink cartridges only OR 2 toners or less)
Yes, your parcel will be assigned a tracking number and we can trace it for you.

Did you know? You can specify your preffered delivery company in the Order Comments box at checkout.


Click on the logo of the delivery company your order was sent with to access their online tracking facility. You must obtain your tracking number first.

Returns & Warranty

Returns are only accepted on the basis of the goods being faulty or incorrectly ordered, in the case of the goods being incorrectly ordered, they must be unused and returned to us in a salable condition before refunds will be granted. Please ensure you check the cartridges that you receive against what is on the invoice provided before you open them.

To avoid problems occurring it is important to check the documentation provided with your printer & make sure the model numbers of the printer cartridges themselves match what you intend to order. If you are unsure please contact us

The following conditions apply:

1. Authorizations for return off goods must be obtained first. Requests for return authorizations may be sent to sales@discountink.com.au accompanied the invoice number, the name of the product to be returned, your name and contact detail
2. Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 days
3. No credits or returns will be accepted if the goods in questions are over 14 days old from the invoice date.
4. If the goods were incorrectly ordered, It is your responsibility to pay return freight charges to DiscountInk.com.au
5. Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition.
6. When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
7. Incorrectly ordered goods returned to DiscountInk.com.au will incur a 10% restocking fee

ALL COMPATIBLE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITH A 12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

ALL GENUINE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITH A 6 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
